If we are talking about self development, it's inevitable to talk about "The Law of Attraction". Many people take the law of attraction as superstition. However, the e law is quite scientific. But, we will not talk about it in that manner. I'll focus on how you use it to improve your life.
The Law of Attraction states that eveything that occurs in your life is called by the thinking in your head. (Simpler words yet.) That means anything that you think will come out real (if you put enough passion into the thinking). For example, How many time that you have received a call from your spouse just the moment you are thinking of him/her? What's the chance that your dinner is something like what you've had at lunch?
To make the idea easier, let's put it this way. Think and speak only the things those you want. Let me share with you an experience. I've read many books on the law of attraction and I like to try them out. There was one time I was testing the law while I was driving to a meeting. I speak repeatedly that I will be there at 7:00pm. Without the law, I would likely to reach it at 7:20pm at least. But on that day, the traffic was so thin that I got to the last turn at 6:50pm. However, just before I can enter the building, there was a traffic jam. Guess what? I entered the building at 7:00pm sharp.
I told this to one of my apprentice and he would like to try it out. He tried it on his company's party. The company was giving out a gold necklace as the gift for new year, but only 3 out of 50 people would get it. My apprentice was expecting that he would be one of them with all his heart. He believed without doubt that the necklase is his. In the end, he really got the gold necklace just because he believed.
This may sound amazingly simple to you, but to use the law of attraction to the fullest, you need practices. We'll talk about how you would use it in your quest for self-development tomorrow.
You can share your experience in the comments for the others too.
